A Discipline Plan

A need for discipline plan may become evident in Walmart  but needs to be created out of the crisis.   The Greek work for discipline is paidĕia, it means to train or to be trained.   All discipline  should have one primary purpose. .. to bring positive change, growth, wisdom, knowledge and maturity  to the child’s fullest capacity.   There can be many philosophies but the ones that bring the best results will have much in common.  Love, care, patience, learning, boundaries, teaching, strength, reward, consequence, and gentleness and an understanding of God as supreme not self.   It will take into account many factors including: age, ability,  personality,  and more…  It will be based on some type of decision tree or process to determine what action steps should be taken.   It will always start with the parent knowing their own strengths and weakness.
